“If there is one piece of advice I would give expecting moms and partners - it is to empower yourself with knowledge and build a community as it truly takes a village. Emily and Sarah’s Integrating Baby Series provided the foundational knowledge and connection that I needed to be a confident and happy Mom.

Through the series, my partner and I appreciated learning from professionally trained doulas, outside of friends and family,  that gave us the confidence to ask real questions and dig into the topics we were most interested in around the birthing process and parenting.

Additionally, as a recent transplant to Reno, Emily and Sarah were the community I needed. Not only did they provide me with support before and after the birth of our daughter but they connected us to more of the community - from lactation consultants to other mom groups.
